from 16 items = 70.00 €
from 31 items = 105.00 €
from 46 items = 140.00 €
from 61 items = 175.00 €

Terms of delivery:
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods within Germany takes place within 5 - 7 days, for deliveries abroad within 8 - 10 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
Revocation / Returns
Right of withdrawal for consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his self-employed professional activity.)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which
- on which you or a third party nominated by you who is not the carrier has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods under a single order and these are delivered in a uniform manner;
- on which you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier has taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods under a single order and they are delivered separately;
- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last partial shipment or piece, if you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces;
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, the company Black Sheep Gastro Service SL (information in the imprint, by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this, but it is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen day period.
They only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of them that is not necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Reasons for exclusion or extinction
The right of revocation does not apply to contracts
- for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the delivery of goods that may deteriorate quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
- for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and the current value of which depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
- for the delivery of newspapers, magazines or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts
- for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the delivery of goods if they have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;
- to supply sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
